A 19-year-old youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances at the second floor of his house at Bagh Colony in Jalalabad town of Fazilka district.

The deceased, Rupinder Singh, was the son of an Assistant Sub-Inspector Atma Singh, who is posted in Ludhiana.
