The Punjab Urban Development Authority (PUDA) and its other special development authorities will start the 10-day-long e-auction of its properties from June 1.

A spokesperson for PUDA said at the e-auction, being held after two months, various types of properties, including institutional, industrial, commercial and residential, would be offered to the customers.

“The properties available for bidding are mainly located in Mohali, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Bathinda, a school site in Batala and hotel sites in Ludhiana and Jalandhar,” the official said.

“For participating in the e-auction, interested bidders will have to register themselves on the e-auction portal of the department puda.e-auctions.in. The e-auction will end on June 10. —TNS
