Best Criminal Lawyers in Chandigarh Youth held over fake video of Cong leaders by Advocate SS Sidhu Lawyer in Chandigarh High Court

The district police have arrested a 26-year-old youth of Fatehgarh Sahib for allegedly uploading a morphed video of Congress leaders from the factions of Punjab Speaker Rana KP Singh and district Congress president Brinder Singh Dhillon here today.
The accused, identified as Baldeep Singh, is reportedly active in student politics at Panjab University in Chandigarh. In the video clip, which was apparently copied from some Punjabi song album, Rana along with Ropar MLA Amarjit Singh Sandoa, who is holding a baton in his hands, and other Congress leaders were shown chasing Anandpur Sahib Youth Congress president Achhar Sharma with intentions to attack him. The assailants, however, could be seen fleeing the spot when Ropar district Congress president Brinder Singh Dhillon along with a large number of his supporters reach the spot.
Rohit Kumar, sarpanch of Gopalpur village, had lodged a complaint in this regard on May 27, following which a case under Sections 419 (punishment for impersonation), 465 (punishment for forgery) of the IPC and Information Technology Act was registered against unidentified persons.
Ropar CIA incharge Amarbir Singh said preliminary investigations revealed Baldeep was behind preparing the video and uploading it. — TNS
