CHANDIGARH: Milkfed on Saturday increased the procurement rates for farmers to the tune of Rs 10 per kilo fat from Sunday. Disclosing this at a meeting recently, Cooperation Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa said the main aim was to provide relief to milk producers, owing to the multiplying costs of animal feed and fodder. He said top quality cattle feed was also being provided to dairy farmers. TNS
