The STF has confiscated one-kg heroin having a market value worth Rs 5 crore from a resident of Kheri Gilla village. The accused somehow managed to escape. “We raided the house of Gurpreet Singh at Kheri Gilla village and seized 1-kg heroin worth Rs 5 crore. We have booked Gurpreet and his four aides and conducting raids to nab them,” said Sangrur STF Inspector Ravinder Bhalla. — TNS
