The Punjab Government will consider providing special weightage to NCC certificate-holder cadets in government jobs.

Higher Education Minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa today assured this to NCC officers during a high-level meeting regarding annual update of NCC activities in Punjab. The minister assured full support and commitment of the Government of Punjab to all officers of the NCC, Punjab, for shaping the minds of the Youth of the state towards becoming better citizens. He said accommodation would be provided in colleges to accommodate NCC units. — TNS
